Launch of the FRAGVENT project in Niamey on April 22, 2019. The aim of this project is to understand the strategies and agendas of the actors who use violence to establish political forms. in the severely weak Sahelian territories. Eventually, FRAGVENT wants to contribute by research to stabilization and security in our territories.
